The machine is suitable for winding of power transformer coils. The machine has a rigid design, is flexible in use and easy to operate. Suitable coils with diameter 800-3000 mm and height 1000-4000 mm, capacity 10t-35t.
This series of winding machine is widely used in the production of oil-immersed, dry-type transformer, special transformer and reactor coils. The machine winding load has a wide range from 1 ton to 40 t, the winding diameter and winding length can be customized.
The LV foil winding machine is suitable for the winding of the transformer and the reactor industry foil coil. Foil coils use different thicknesses copper or aluminum foil as conductor, use insulation tape as layer insulation, and are wound by the winding machine once, form a roll coil. At the same time, the lead welding and outer surface wrapping are also completed. Suitable for winding round, oblong, rectangular and square coils. The coil diameter and height range can be customized. The coil height can be from 100 mm to 1600 mm.
This machine adopts electric active tension professional technology, tension is stable. When winding and stopping, winding and unwinding, foil and insulation can be controlled by constant tension to avoid varying tightness in the winding process. Photoelectric sensor is used to detect foil edges (non-contact), and foil deflection is corrected by a dedicated automatic deflection correcting mechanism. The system precision is high, speed is fast and reliability is good, the correction accuracy is ±0.4 mm.
