This project serves a leading non-ferrous recycling company, helping to add product value and mitigate legal risks associated with exporting metal scrap. We provide a complete solution to convert waste copper into high-value products such as ingots, OFC rods, wires, and bus bars. Key equipment includes a reverberatory furnace, up-caster, conform machine, hydraulic draw bench, rod breakdown system, and tin plating line. The system enhances resource efficiency and supports compliant, sustainable metal processing.

Launched in December 2025 to support India’s growing transformer industry, this project provides a complete solution for CTC and PICC wire production. It covers the entire process from copper ETP rod to finished winding wires, serving transformer manufacturers and conductor producers. Key equipment includes a Konform extrusion Machine, high-speed rolling mill, vertical enameling line, continuous transposed conductor machines, and paper covering systems.

Aluminum Furnace Project in the US

This benchmark project for our client in the US is being implemented frist a 100-ton aluminum melting furnace with regenerative burners, automated sonar level detection, and laser-guided tilting. In phase II we will add two ingot preheating furnaces. The project showcases our integrated melting technology and intelligent control systems, delivering an efficient aluminum processing solution with strong industry exemplarity.
