The system is equipped with a 3D optical scanner for automated coil profiling and trajectory teaching, ensuring the taping head remains perfectly perpendicular throughout the process. With features like real-time tape break detection, constant tension control (10-60N), and adjustable overlap (5-75%), it guarantees consistent, high-quality insulation layering for coils up to 3 meters in length.
Centers on a Japanese FANUC robot, extended with a 7th axis, enabling complex 3D motions to handle both straight and curved coil sections with consistent accuracy.
Integrated 3D scanner automatically captures coil geometry, calculates the optimal taping path, and stores programs for instant recall, eliminating repetitive manual teaching for repeat orders.
Capable of multi-layer wrapping with programmable overlap and tension. The system accommodates a wide range of coil sizes and cross-sections, ensuring versatility and fault-proof operation.
