Notching Machine

This specialized Notching Machine is engineered for the precision machining of motor cores. It processes laminations via an inner-locating method, capable of punching slots (including complex spirals and unequally distributed patterns) and through-holes. Its core innovation lies in a fully servo-electric drive system replacing traditional mechanical components. The slide motion, indexing, and feed are all governed by servo motors and ball screws, enabling exact control over position, velocity, and acceleration. This results in a highly flexible, intelligent, and stable machine with minimal impact and simplified maintenance for core manufacturing.

Highlights

Executes spiral slots and skip-notching for irregular slot patterns (1-999 slots). A digital HMI allows rapid setup without gear changes, enhancing flexibility and productivity.

Features a servo-driven slide and indexing system with programmable speed/position control, first-slot adjustment, power-failure memory, and auto homing for supreme accuracy and process stability.

Simplified mechanical structure (no flywheel/clutch) reduces failure points. Built-in fault diagnosis, slow start/stop functions, and low-noise operation ensure reliability and extended machine and die life.
